Connect your calendars and the tools where asks come from. Snaps watches them for anything that needs a time or a reply — and every account opens as the right you.

What each one does
Exactly what it reads, and what it may change.
Google Calendar
- Reads
- Your events, across every calendar you turn on, and free/busy for people you find a time with.
- Changes
- Events you create, move, answer or cancel — and the task blocks you place.
Also reads contact names and photos, on your Mac only, to suggest guests.
Outlook
- Reads
- Events from Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 calendars, work and personal.
- Changes
- Events you create, move, answer or cancel.
Asks for Calendars.ReadWrite, offline access and your basic profile — nothing else.
Google Meet
- Reads
- Join links in your events.
- Changes
- A Meet link on new events, when you ask for one.
Opens in the account that was invited, so you never land on “you don’t have access”.
Linear
- Reads
- Issues assigned to you, in the teams and columns you pick.
- Changes
- State, priority, estimate and due date — when you check one off, or accept a change from Snaps.
One sign-in per workspace; connect as many as you like.
GitHub
- Reads
- Issues and pull requests assigned to you, and reviews requested of you.
- Changes
- Nothing — they arrive as tasks for you to plan.
Slack
- Reads
- Messages you save, and — for Snaps — mentions of you, read live and not stored.
- Changes
- Replies you approve, sent from your Mac, now or scheduled.
Nothing is posted without your Accept.
Connections
Built to stay connected, and easy to cut off.
Many accounts
Connect two Google accounts, a Microsoft 365 one and three Linear workspaces. Each calendar gets its own toggle.
Tokens stay on our servers
Long-lived tokens are encrypted and never leave the server; your Mac gets short-lived ones when it needs to make a change.
Told once, when it matters
If a connection needs a fresh sign-in you get one notification and a Reconnect button. Outages never trigger it.
Changes in seconds
Google, Microsoft, Linear and Slack tell Oh Snaps when something changes, so it reaches your Macs right away.
Disconnect any time
Removing an account deletes its tokens and everything Oh Snaps held for it.
